Using a Windows Computer

  2. Press Ctrl + F5 or Ctrl + Shift + R.
  3. Try logging in again.

Using a Mac

  1. Type https://harrahsgiftcards.com directly into your browser's address bar. Do not use a bookmark.
  2. Press Command + Shift + R.
  3. Try logging in again.

Using an iPhone — Safari

  1. Close any open tabs for harrahsgiftcards.com.
  2. Open the App Switcher by swiping up from the bottom of the screen and pausing, or double-press the Home button on older iPhones.
  3. Swipe Safari up to completely close it.
